Cara Vanarsdel {August 9, 2012}

Cara is the second of the Vanarsdel clan that I've had the pleasure of taking pictures of. She is bubbly and a hoot to be around. Her shoot was at her grandparent’s house on a beautiful location in Sapulpa. Cara's shoot was quite a laid back session, if I only recorded the ridiculous laugh she made to make herself actually smile... The world needs to hear that, Cara! I had a hard time keeping the camera still when she did that, due to my laughing. Cara I wish you the best of luck in your last year of high school! Take every opportunity to show the world what you have to offer and what God has blessed you with!

Colorado {July 29-August 5 2012}

For the second summer in a row, I went to visit one of my greatest friends in Colorado. Caitlyn moved to Colorado Springs after high school and has generously let me live with her for the week. A week filled with mountain drives, seeing the Garden of the Gods, the Royal Gorge and other adventures. Colorado is such a beautiful place and if you haven't been there, I recommend you go! Thanks Caitlyn and Heather for all the great memories. See you next summer.

Liam Raby {June 26, 2012}

This is my fourth shoot with this handsome boy! Liam was not a happy camper during the shoot. He refused to do anything other than play, but who could blame him? For this shoot, I just followed Liam around and did a more photojournalistic style shoot instead of fighting him to cooperate. Thus, here is a day in the life of Liam Raby.

Justin Nieto {June 22, 2012}

Justin wanted new headshots for an upcoming audition, upcoming as in the following day. Thanks Justin... He got the role, by the way. He's now going to use these photos for a comp card for his all his auditions and his local talent agency, lindalaymanagency.com. I love how these photos turned out. The bokeh in the background adds a serenity and joyfulness to the photos, which Justin has both of these qualities! I'm proud of you Justin and all you've accomplished --  keep your focus on God and He will provide you with limitless opportunities! Have a great semester in New York and I hope to see you sooner rather than later.

Shannon Goodhile {June 16, 2012}

I was so excited for this shoot with Shannon! She told me up front that she didn't want many "typical" photos for her senior pictures, but instead shots of her dancing. Besides being completely amazed at what she can do, this shoot was challenging to me because I had to keep up with her jumps while keeping the frame in focus. I love shoots that make me work harder. I'm pleased with the outcome from this shoot and Shannon said she was too. Congrats on graduating early Shannon! Good luck at OU next year!
